The bear is made of plush material and is surface washable! She is in excellent condition! Comes complete with an entire outfit from Build A Bear! Shirt is a lavender color with her other Care Bear pals displayed! She also comes with a cute matching rainbow colored mesh tulle skirt with silver stars and hearts on it! Cheer Bear is 18” in height!
