5 x 110mm BCD to fit modern old school mountain bike cranks and modern compact road cranks.

Brand new, removed from a Sugino triple chainset. Can be used as an inner, middle or outer ring. I run one of these as an inner on my close Compact/Race Road crank (38/52) on my 11 speed road bike and an outer on my 10 speed MTB double (24/38). A touring cyclist buddy of mine runs it on a touring triple too… it’s a very versatile ring!!

Good quality aluminium ring with ramping and profiling and steel pins to aid front shifting, made in Japan.
