I have up for auction a 1886-O Morgan Silver Dollar authenticated by NGC as having UNC Details. This is a nice coin with a high end look.
NGC stated it was cleaned at one time, but previously it was rated as a MS-64+ by SEGS. (I have photos to prove the MS-64+ by SEGS if requested.)
