As good as new condition as you will find,  genuine 12k miles , was owned by my uncle for years , you can't buy minis at any kind of decent price now so these are the next best investment ,this is a genuine car with genuine miles ,can be verified, all factory fittings including alarm no major welding or rusty arches 

Struggle to do better to find one in this nick I would think 

Got old paperwork to match up miles as there was a mix up and 70k was put instead of 7000 on one test but easily verified with previous test of 6k and latter of 8k ,

4 k buys it , might px a decent bike or Q7 or volvo xc
