This is a vintage Decca 45 RPM record player model P-907 from the United States.

It is a used item and upon plugging in and turning it on the turntable spins and it will hum.

The exterior looks great and does not have any cracks. For its age in excellent cosmetic shape.

It weights a lot for its size.
