About EDID:
When the EDID cannot automatically identify the monitor parameters, the image may not be displayed, please perform the following steps.
(1) Connect the monitor to the HDMI IN on transmitter with one hdmi cable
(2) Connect power and start the transmitter and monitor.
(3) Press and hold the EDID button for 3-5 seconds, complete EDID setup (green light from blinking to stop)
(4) Connect all devices normally

What should I do when this unit is not working?
(1) Set the signal source resolution within 1920*1080p@60hz.
(2) Connect the signal source and monitor to see if it works.
(3) If your connection has an RJ45 wall socket, make sure the total cable length is within 50m/165ft.
(4) When the Ethernet cable is between 1~10 feet(too short), it may have no image, please try another longer cable.
(5) Make sure the RJ45 is T568B.
