This sensational vintage Victor Costa dress is the epitome of camp! This black velvet strapless evening gown has a drop waist featuring a plume of black and pale brown iridescent feathers. The sweetheart bodice is strapless and "boned", covered with metallic silver, gold and bronze sequins and black beads. The front of the black velvet skirt is wrapped in front, creating a high-low effect. This gorgeous dress is fully lined in black rayon.

The gown was originally purchased at Bergdorf Goodman in the 1980's.
