I have collected Lincoln Cents since my youth. This is a set I built from coins taken from circulation and from my bulk collection. The folder contains 87 date/mint mark coins and three coins to show the reverse. They are all business strike coins produced for circulation. This includes the three zinc-coated steel coins produced in 1943 due to World War II and copper was reserved for war materials.

With the exception of these three coins all of the rest are high content copper coins. The reduction in copper content did not occur until 1982. Furthermore, this set contains both Wheat Reverse coins and the Memorial Reverse which entered circulation in 1959.

The condition of most is average circulated with some showing as almost uncirculated and a few low mintage examples being BU. Their surface color ranges from brown to red. All dates and mint marks are clear. They are displayed in a new Harris coin folder. The set of coins pictured is the ones being offered. Thank you for looking.
