Here is two old license tags from Pennsylvania, one is from 1942 with the numbers 8 G 666, on the back of this one are only a few words readable. The other one is from 1953 with the numbers 1 U 715, this one all words are readable. These were made for the Disabled American Veteran. The numbers on the 1942 plate are really rare.
