Replacement cartridge for the Aladdin HV30C Auto air vent radiator bleeder valve.
NB: To replace an Aladdin HV30C cartridge a "U" shaped insert tool is required. 1 "U" shaped insert tool will be supplied free of charge with every order for replacement cartridges. They are also available to purchase separately for a small fee to cover administration and postage.

Easy to install.

First isolate the radiator by closing the isolator valves at the bottom of the radiator – at one end this will be a lockshield valve with a plastic cover – remove the cover and turn the spindle clockwise using an adjustable wrench. At the other end will either be a wheelhead valve, which can be turned off by hand, or a thermostatic valve which should be turned to ‘0’.

Then simply replace the old cartridge using the ‘U’ shaped insert tool across two of the vent holes. The radiator valves can then be turned back on.
