This board is believed to have a bad or dirty processor socket. It has a working rare factory 5676 bios that is guaranteed to support a 2700 processor and gives the dreaded four blinks meaning a chip set error with all components installed on this model year Dell board. Windows license, product ID, Service tag number, and Mac address are all guaranteed clean and usable. I bought this in a new PC for my son.

Although this is being sold only for the bios data on the chip, I will ship you the motherboard itself, And service tag will be provided. You will receive the entire board as pictured, and a digital copy of the service tag.
