Good value bundle. As you can see in the image above, the device can still be used as a dumb phone (data, calling, and texting works), GPS navigation, or barcode scanner (surprisingly Google Maps still works!), as well as for taking notes, transferring files, or playing old games. If you're buying this, don't expect to use it as your daily driver.
