Beautiful loose fitting long sleeved ruffled blouse in a black & white print

Never worn just tried on as it didn't really suit me, if I were to have kept it I would have worn a black vest beneath , not supplied !

Size 0 would fit UK 6-10 maybe 12 as loose fitting
