This is a Swaziland Oveprint stamp from 1904.  Specifically, it is a REVENUE ONLY Overprint on a Transvaal 6 Pence stamp.

This one here is Mint Never Hinged and in Very Fine condition!  This is a truly lovely and beautiful stamp!
