Do you offer Buy It Now prices?
We do not accept Buy It Now prices for auction items.
Do you post internationally?
We use the eBay Global Shipping Programme to send items internationally.
Can you provide additional pictures of items?
Once our items are listed on eBay they are placed in storage to keep them safe until the auction ends. This means that we are unable to take additional pictures on request.
Do you offer combined postage?
If you would like us to combine postage, please contact us after the auctions end. DO NOT pay for the items as we are unable to refund postage costs once items have been paid for. We combine items based on weight and size. It isn't always possible to combine larger items.
Payment
We request that payment is made within 7 days of the auction ending.
Delivery
All items are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Evri.
Returns and refunds
We offer a no quibble refund policy. Please note: If you change your mind and would like to return an item, you are responsible for paying the return postage.
