You may return North Beach Boutique purchases by mailing it. Make sure your name, address, phone number, order number, and instructions are clearly indicated.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
North Beach Boutique will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

In stock items ship within 2-3 business days/ via First Choice Couriers however some items may need to be specially ordered which timing may vary from order to order depending on availability with the respective designer warehouse
All delivery times provided on this site are to be used as a guide only. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a public holiday or weekends. However, your parcel will be delivered the nearest business day. Please note the estimated delivery times quoted are subject to orders being received before 3pm Monday to Friday. The delivery times quoted are for Australian capital, metropolitan & major regional areas. Please allow more time for remote & rural districts. At peak times there can be delivery delays.

Returns Policy

When purchasing online from North Beach Boutique please be sure of the style, size, colour, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
All sales made through North Beach Boutiques online store are final and cannot be cancelled. We do not REFUND or EXCHANGE for change of mind, incorrect sizing or accidental ordering.
Please note that all items are carefully checked before dispatch, therefore due to the special nature of our merchandise, we are not able to accept returns for non-faulty items.
Items that are deemed faulty will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time frame, as per consumer law therefore any items considered to be worn or damaged will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange.
In the circumstance that you have received a faulty item and wish to process an exchange, submit a request via email to us.
The item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days upon receipt. After this period the items will not be accepted. All costs associated with shipping/insurance will be at the expense of the customer.
North Beach Boutique will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances.
Manufacturing Fault-Exchanges are only available for same STYLE, COLOUR AND SIZE provided that the item has not been worn and is in original condition. If your item is faulty upon receipt, please call us as soon as possible to notify staff.
Should there be a style or size that you are searching for that does not appear on our website, email us the style number or contact our store and we can check availability for you and advise an estimated delivery time.
