This is a Newfoundland SG 18, issued in 1864.  This is the 4 Pence Rose Lake on Hard Paper!

This one here is Mint with Original Gum and in Very Fine condition.  It also has large margins!  It's valued at L50 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue!
