Please see pics, box was probably for another Pandora piece which I say because it does not fit snugly into the black box insert (see pic). The .925 marking is very difficult to see but is in fact located inside the heart (see pics 4-5). I don't know what the (very) small plastic bag is (or was) for (last pic).
