Asthma UK this year recommended asthma sufferers to loosely wrap a scarf around the nose and mouth when it's cold outside.  Cold air can trigger an asthma attack and loosely wearing a scarf around your nose and mouth warms up the air a bit before you breath it in.  A tube scarf works just as well.  This is also a good tip if you suffer with sentitive teeth when it's cold too.  Try it.  Nothing to lose, wear a scarfie.



You can also try these wetted or damp and wear around the neck to keep you cool, or over the face and mouth to reduce intake of dust or pollen when you are running or on your bike.
If you suffer with allergies or just don't like dust in your mouth when you are outdoors, wearing these dry or damp / wet could improve your experience.
Don't forget to wash it afterwards though to get rid of what's been collected.
