Payment:

 payment to be paid please within 24 hours of the Auction finishing unless agreed otherwise with me. 

Promise:

I try to provide good photographs of everything that I sell and try to describe items as accurately as possible (including any damage or wear and tear). all of the items I list, are my own or from my immediate family, close friends who wish to sell through me. I welcome any questions and would prefer you to 'ask before you bid’ if you are unsure on anything, as once you bid you do enter into a legally binding contract within the ebay regulations.

If you are in anyway unhappy with anything you purchase, please contact me immediately. I buy as well as sell on eBay and do not like to disappoint any more than I like to be disappointed.

Postage and Packing:

I am happy to combine postage costs whenever possible or to allow for collection

I try to keep all postage and packing prices to a reasonable level but please bear in mind packaging costs, bags tape etc.I normally post items once payment is made and always within 72 hours of payment being completed. On very rare occasions this is not possible, and I will inform you if there is going to be any significant delay.

Feedback:

I will always leave feedback for you and would appreciate the same courtesy, please email me prior to considering leaving negative feedback as I strive very hard to ensure my service is 100% and would rather the opportunity to resolve any bad feelings/issues prior to receiving negative feedback, it's not nice! :-) and can so often easily be resolved with a little communication.
