For sale a MK4 golf gti 1.8t 20v AGU engine. Before the car got parked up it did run, and it ran well. I've been to visit it since with a power pack and had no joy. It wouldn't surprise me if the fuel had gone bad by now. ive posted pics of what it looked like when i previously ran it. Sad to see it stood deteriorating the way it is so needs to be sold while someone can still make something of it. The engine is the 1.8t 20v and its the AGU so large port head (more tuneable). It was used on a track by the previous owner. It was very quick not the standard 1.8 150bhp, I've driven quite a lot of fast motors over the years this felt a lot closer to the 250-300 bhp mark but have no proof. It has a map possibly a revo? the exhaust system is stainless front to back decat, front mount intercooler and bailey dump valve. It appears to be sat on ST lowering springs the brakes seem to be standard and felt it too when driving fast 👀 
A set of old Corbeau Targa bucket seats with LUKE harnesses, and looks like a custom fab roll cage fitted in the rear. OMP alcantara steering  wheel air bag removed. Someone (previous owner) has patched up the sun roof not the best job. The front bumper i think is an R32 style bumper to accommodate the front mount intercooler, the wrap on the bonnet is peeling (least of its worries)
 
It desperately needs someone with the knowledge and time to come and start again with it before another future classic ends up in the scrap heap. I know one day when they're worth a fortune ill be kicking myself but i haven't got the time, space or money to invest in another project. 

Car is collection only from Whalley Lancashire, to be trailered away definitely not driven. not had mot for 4 years. Full v5 in my possession. Any Questions i can answer i will.
