Currently we have:
STM32 8-bit 6800 sample C code inside PDF;
Arduino U8G2 Lib code for SPI/8-bit interface(Recommend u use this one);
Have tested on Arduino Nodemcu(ESP8266),ESP32-C3 dev board on Arduino IDE via 4-wire SPI interface, all worked fine;

Please note that you need to solder the 0R resistors to the back of the PCB to change the interface(from SPI3/SPI4/8-bit 8080/8-bit 6800).
