A 1970's quilt in the Stepping Stones pattern.  This is a beautiful quilt w/a striking, dramatic pattern.
Size - 67" x 77"
Identification of this quilt can be attributed to Ruth Finley, in her 1929 book:  "Old Patchwork Quilts & the Women Who Made Them".
Stepping Stones is an Equal Nine Patch quilt - each block is divided into 9 equal squares.  The blocks are arranged in a way that looks like low rows of "stepping stones".
Fabric - Cotton.
Colors - blue calico w/a tiny white print & solid white.
Batting - thin
Backing - white
Binding - white
Quilting - machine-quilted in a pattern of small scrolls
Condition - overall very good - there are 2 very, very light storage spots (please see pictures) - otherwise very good.
