This is an old 35 mm format manual focus lens with adapter to SONY E mount NEX series or new Alpha series MILC (mirrorless) body. Not a native SONY autofocus lens.

35 mm film camera lens' film coverage is 36 x 24 mm, so called full frame by digital standard.

E-mount. Not A-mount. For cameras like A7 A6000 NEX-5 etc.

I have fully tested this lens to ensure the functionality. The test photo is taken with this lens mounted on SONY NEX-5 digital.

If you use adapted lens on SONY digital for the first time, please do MENU → (Custom Settings) → [Release w/o Lens] → desired setting.

Please confirm you can use this lens.

If you are not sure about anything, please ask me.

Minolta MC Rokkor-HG 35 mm F 2.8 lens SN 1072136 Minolta MC mount (Pre-MD), and an MD adapter to NEX E-mount MILC body.

Adapter can be removed and used on other SR MC MD mount lens.

Ultra sharp Minolta MC lens. This one is a Minolta MC generation 1. Will be 60 years old soon.

35 mm focal length field of view angle is 54.5 degree. The central field of vision for most people's eye covers an angle of between 50 degree and 60 degree. It makes 35 mm focal length a very popular lens.

The following items are included:

Everything works as it should. Glass is in great shape. Some minor dust some minor coating loss due to its age. See listing photos.

Focus is smooth and firm. Old school lens feel.

Aperture has been completely rebuilt. It is normal for this particular lens model having oil smear after 50 years. The whole aperture assembly has been cleaned in ultrasound bath. Some dried solvent stain remains. Now aperture functionality is 100%.  Open and close no problem.

Front thread has some scuffs. Filter thread has no problem accepting filter.

External condition is very OK. 50 some years old lens, guys. Please inspect the listing photos for cosmetic condition.
