This is an original vintage 1953 house plan catalog of Aladdin Readi-Cut Homes issued by The Aladdin Company of Bay City, Michigan.   This catalog is 24 pages including the soft covers measuring about 10.25” x 7” with an additional cover letter on company letterhead loosely inserted in the catalog.  Various references in the text indicate this catalog was issued in 1953.   

This catalog is illustrated with photos a features information on a few dozen different Aladdin homes around the United States including some Atomic Age ranch and rambler style homes and small homes.  Some of the Aladdin home designs featured in this catalog include:  El Paso, Alamo, Coronado, Shelburne, Brentwood, Brewster, Parkway, Santa Fe, Rio Grande, Pasadena, El Rancho, Redwood, Delmar and more.  Customers would order the houses right out of this catalog which would be shipped in prefabricated parts from Aladdin and then built by a local builder.  

This catalog is a vintage original published in 1953 when millions of American were migrating to the suburbs and experiencing the dream of home ownership for the first time.  Overall condition is very good with moderate handling wear and a bit of light dust staining to the cover pages.  The original made a brief notation on the upper margin of the first page.  Overall condition is very good.   Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
