Pre-owned but still in decent used condition. Cover has a tear by the binding and there are folds and other wear visible. Magazine had been wet at one point so there is some warping and stains on the pages. Inserts are still inside and attached. Pictures on the inside still look good. Even though there is damage it's still a collector's piece being the Volume 1, Issue 1.
