U S Encaustic Brown Floral Victorian Fireplace Tile 6"x5" w/White Frame.   The frame looks bluish in picture, but it is white.   Lovely tile.  On the back you can make out a U, but I can't guarantee it is US Encaustic without scraping it all off.
