JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS BLOOD MONEY EYESHADOW PALETTE.

These eye shadows have not been used but please see last picture which shows Tax Free- it appears smudged. There is no clear plastic sheet covering the eye shadows. Some of the powder has stained the boundary edges of the eyeshadows of the palette as you can see in the pictures.
