Estate Lot - this is a stunning Antique 1900-1940’s Silk Piano Shawl With Embroidered Detail & Long Fringing. It’s huge, for size idea I laid it across my queen size bed & it fits perfect with the fringing just touching the carpet, see pics. The hand embroidery detail is exquisite & intact. The fringing just needs either a steam or hair irons to straigten. There are some flaws - some tears & smaller holes please see collage pics. There are two of the same pic with the tears one with a blue arrow and one with a five cent piece. The holes are larger than the coin obviously it was just for perspective. There is a collage pic of the smaller holes & a couple of marks which also have the 5 cent coin next to it. It has no storage odour. It does need repair which I feel it can be. I do have collectors who know how to have vintage items restored so always leave flaws so they can be professionally repaired. Even with the flaws its still beautiful & I find these shawls in particular are so hard to come across now. This is a one of a kind which makes it very special. Please only bid if the flaws are not an issue for you.  The shawl will be packaged in a box to protect it from further damage. Postage is free but will come with tracking. I sometimes reuse wrapping paper when packaging up my items. I hardly re-list items anymore or reduce my price if I do as I feel my prices are fair, so if you love this item grab it now. POSTAGE: I will always post with tracking (even if it’s Free Postage). I do combine postage (see below)
