This is one of a small number of professionally refinished locomotives by Minirex / Schweiger made for Marklin.
These were originally green locomotive shells changed to Red Cream and looking exactly like the Marklin enamel painting.
This locomotive does not look like it has seen much use.
It has been professionally fitted with a Marklin 6080 decoder. A picture of a similar installation is shown for reference.
There are some light marks to the die cast.
This is wonderful, clean Marklin that has no glossing to the paint from handling.
Comes in a good box with instructions.
A great item for your collection.
