Both turn on. One gets stuck on the 3DO screen and the other gets to the "insert disc" then goes blank after a couple seconds. If I had to guess it's the disc drive/laser on both. I did open both to see if it needed a deep cleaning but everything inside is relatively super clean. I just don't have the parts around to fix them.
