One of Whiting & Davis' later designs.  I think this is from the 1970s

Slouchy rectangular purse in their signature medium scale white mesh.

Top zipper and little heart bag charm.

fully lined with company logo fabric 

one zippered pocket and one slip pocket.

The strap is thin, made of leather and can be removed and/or adjusted in length.

Good vintage condtiion.  

Measurements:

9" x aprox 8"

Flat when empty but expands as shown when full.
