This piece is unusual, has a figure on top and could be a plant hanger or just a corner decorative bracket. The holes to hang are on the long side with figure on top, why I think could be a plant hanger. Pretty sure the metal is pewter or a cast aluminum, very solid. The date on the piece has 1992, SCJ and flip side has Floral Fauna. Great condition. 13 inches from knee to bottom bracket and 7 1/2 wide.
