Modernist Napier Tape Dispenser Mid Century Modern Retro.

I have searched for months to find a comparable for this high-end Estate Sale gem. I can definitively tell you that this is a very rare and unique piece. My best guess is a tape dispenser but not sure.

Item is in good condition with normal signs of use. No cracks or chips. Shows some lines of tarnish, otherwise, nice, polished condition with only some signs of wear.
