As far as I know, this replacement shoot will only fit John Deere mowers model JS45. The official part name for this is a "bagging boot". It might fit other mowers or other models, but I'm just not sure. 

Overall condition is super clean with absolutely no damage besides some usual scuffing. No additional hardware or pieces are included!!!
