Comes with metal cage. The fingers are a little bent but could probably be flexed back out.

Everything works fine and has a new front lens with another backup in the package.

NO SD CARD or cable included. Camera, cage, extra lens are what is included.

Edit 5/10 - I realized that I replaced the front screen in the wrong orientation. This may effect sound a bit from the front microphone. The torx screw has some stripping but could just be my bit is stripped a little.

Also, I noticed a bit of leakage in the glass as well.
