It shows up in the Windows Device Manager when it was install in the RLS 8204-12 as "Unknown Medium Changer" and "IBM ULTRIUM-TD3 SCSI Sequential Device"

It is in good cosmetic condition.

The listing includes the items listed only no other cords, cable's software or manuals.

The item is sold with a DOA warranty.
