So against the wishes of his wife, Happy calls Tony and asks for a loan. Happy and his new boxing protégé, Jake Jordan, travel to Los Angeles for a prize fight and then afterwards stay overnight at Tony's place! Sadly, no one has told poor Happy who Jake Jordan really is! The Spymaster! And once the master of espionage gets inside Tony's laboratory, he starts doing what he does best! Can Shell-Head stop the sabotaging Spymaster in time? Perhaps he can with help from Happy! Cameo appearances by Pepper Potts and Jim Rhodes. 32 pages.
