This is a vintage metal box that was used to store and carry a kinetic water ram.  The ram is gone, the box is left. I think it will make a good heavy duty tool box. No tray, but the 24" length would help to store and carry longer tools. Has good ventilation on the sides. Paint is peeling off the bottom.
