~We do wish to add a word of caution!  There are great many snuff bottles being offered particularly online that are in fact not fully inside painted. They are simply decorative bottles with applied inside decals and slight over painting.  A true reverse painted bottle requires the artist to use a tiny brush often containing a single hair. The painting is performed in reverse with the detail being applied before the background. This bottle is fully handpainted and would be a wonderful and affordably priced addition to any collection.
