This is a 2 piece Hoyt bow quiver that holds 6 arrows.

This version will fit Hoyt bows from around 1994-2000 and some Reflex bows and some bows past year 2000 but you'll have to do your research to make sure. This quiver mounts to the limb bolt cylinders on those bows.

It's dusty and needs cleaned up but in overall good shape.

It appears only one broadhead was ever inserted into the foam at some point.

Arrow gripper looks to be in fine shape too.

All hardware is there....... The bolts and rubber pieces to attach to your bow.
