Preowned. This scanner has been tested with Windows 11 and is fully functional. It has just 1046 total scans and is very clean (some scuffs/scratches on exterior). The interior rollers and glass sensors have been cleaned. It comes with an aftermarket 3 foot power cable (no USB cable included).
