This estate piece was brought back to the US from travels to Japan and has a hand written note on tape affixed to the underside of the box as pictured. It is missing one triangular wooden foot on the underneath corner and has a couple of other areas of light chipping noted. The lid retracts completely from view when slid open. Great addition to your collection! Measures as shown in the last photo.
