This is a great little Pan for baking. Made of stoneware with a painted ceramic coating, it can bake little single serve entrees in the microwave or regular oven. It is dishwasher safe too.

I like the color. I have not seen any other green ones online. Maybe you have these in different colors and leave the green one to make up a set.

You could do a mini quiche, or a mini casserole, a chicken pot pie or anything else you can think of. Have yourself a single serve feast.
