Beautiful Navy Blue Fascinator Hat from Debut

Bought for a wedding last year but never worn- BRAND NEW with TAGS at a cost of £38

I bought this hat as it reminded me of hats worn by Kate, The Princess of Wales!

I think it is a bit more than a headband Fascinator as it has quite a nice mesh hat element that sits on the side of the head.

All tags and headband protector still attached
