This is a VERY RARE Orange Free State Stamp from 1900. It is SG 110a, the V.R.I. 1s Overprint on the Een Shilling Orange Yellow.
This one is used with a cancel present, though it's not very clear. It also has an RPSL Certificate confirming its authenticity. However, it's worth pointing out that the certificate states that the stamp has a "horizontal crease." We've checked the stamp over multiple times with multiple people and for the life of us, we can't find ANY such crease. If there is one at all, it is not apparent, regardless of what the certificate says. See the photos for yourself. We apologize for the glare in one of them, as we were trying to use the flash to illuminate the stamp in a way that would display a crease, and we still couldn't find it.
