This is the vintage Shani Black Barbie doll, dating to approximately the early to mid 90s.

This AA African American doll was designed by Kitty Black Perkins, as a complementary Mattel line to Barbie dolls. Shani was the lead doll with her own set of friends.

Her lips will have a light rub with some missing factory paint, but she still displays well.

She has long, shiny highlighted hair. Head tilts, waistline turns. Arms move outward, inward, backward and forward. Legs move backward and forward. Knees bend at least once.

She arrives with

+ Flame swimsuit
