This book is from my late father’s collection. He was fanatical about American railways and spent years travelling across the States, photographing and inhaling America’s railroad history. He also founded the Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway in Bedfordshire, now one of the UK’s top railway tourist attractions. Amongst other paraphernalia, he collected many books on the steam and diesel railways of the USA. I’ve decided to list some on eBay. I know it’s a niche market but I’m hoping they’ll be collectors out there that may appreciate some of these books.
