Very nice detail, front tires turn with the steering wheel.  A little dirty from years of being on display, will need to be detailed, I will leave that up to the new owner.  Removeable engine cover and removeable front cover to expose steering components.  I tried to include enough pictures so you can make a good assessment of the overall condition.  Overall approximate dimensions are 10 3/4" long, 4 1/2" wide, 2" tall.

Please note that the left side mirror is missing.
