LUCKY BRAND Size XL Navy Semi-sheer Batwing Crocheted Pull-on Blouse/Cover-up

I thought this was a bathing suit cover-up, but it is only 28 inches long and cover-ups usually are longer, so I am listing it as a blouse/cover-up.  This is a navy blue pull-on blouse made of crocheted/semi-sheer fabric.  The blouse has short batwing sleeves and a scoop neck with a tiny V split.   The blouse has an elastic/drawstring waist.  The fabric does not stretch.  Very Good Used Condition.

Please note:  the mannequin is small, so the sleeves look longer than they actually are.   They should end at the elbow area.

Fabric:  70% polyester, 30% cotton
